- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for a standby stationary diesel generator for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 335312 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. Solicitation number W912PQ-18-Q-9429 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100, effective 22 August 2018. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.
