- Solicitation The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplying gym memberships for a one-year base period with two one-year option periods for approximately forty-eight (48) U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPS) located throughout the United States to include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Anticipated base period of the agreement is 20 September 2018, or date of agreement to 19 September 2019. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS 713940 (Size Standard: $7.5 M) applies to this procurement. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 24 August 2018 with quotes due on or about 7 September 2018. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed quotes or amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to Rick Dalton via email at richard.d.dalton.civ@mail.mil before 1:00 PM Eastern Time, 31 August 2108.
