See SOW for specifications. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: 1.This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran set-a-side. 2. The NAICS is 238160 w ith a size standard of $ 15.0 M. 3. The magnitude of this effort is betw een $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. 4. Draw ings are available electronically and w ill be provided w ith the Solicitation. Request of hard copy draw ings w ill not be considered. 5.BONDS: A Bid Bond, Payment Bond, and Performance Bond are required for the bid to be considered responsive and shall be submitted prior to the bid opening. 6. Determination of Aw ard w ill be made to the Low est Price/technically Acceptable offeror. 7. A Site Visit w ill be announced at a later time. 8. Written questions shall be submitted to Tatjana M.
