- Wage Determination Statement of Work Read the solicitation thoroughly to submit a successful proposal. The Contractor shall provide design and construction services for project "Increase HVAC Equipment Room, Building 140," at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, report writing, sampling, warranties, and transportation for the design and construction of the work as necessary to comply with specified design standards and this Statement of Work. Project shall generally provide for modifications of the existing HVAC systems serving the Emergency Communications Center (ECC) at the Base Fire Department in Building 140. The existing system is undersized and does not effectively or efficiently distribute heating and cooling within the various spaces within the ECC. The project will also include incidental architectural and electrical work necessary to support the HVAC renovation work. a.THE PROJECT MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000 TO INCREASE HVAC EQUIPMENT ROOM IN BUILDING 140 AT DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, DE. b.This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. c.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M. d.The contract type w ill be firm-fixed-price (FFP). e.A site visit w ill be held on Tuesday, 28 August 2018 at 1:00 PM EST. The location of the site visit w ill be at building140 at Dover AFB. Refer to Provision 52.236-27 for further instructions. f.
