- ATT-4_Picture-EDG ATT-3_Pricing ATT-2_Past Performance Questionnaire ATT-1_Past Performance Data Sheet Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation_N40443-18-T-0344 The Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit San Diego (MSC SSU SD) intends to issue a FFP purchase order for a base year plus four, one year option periods, for the maintenance of its Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG). Anticipated period of performance (POP) dates are as follows: Base POP: From 10/1/18 To 9/30/19 1st Option: From 10/1/19 To 9/30/20 2nd Option: From 10/1/20 To 9/30/21 3rd Option: From 10/1/21 To 9/30/22 4th Option" From 10/1/22 To 9/30/23 Offerors are to provide the following information with their submissions: DUNS Number CAGE Code Business size under NAICS Code 811310 Note: All interested offerors MUST be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov) and have current REPS & CERTS noted in their company profiles. Failure to be registered in SAM may preclude award if found to be the successful offeror. Details on the EDG and submission requirements are contained within the documents attached to this notice.
