- Exhibit A - CDRLs, DD-1423 Attachment 0003 -- Wage Determination, Bowie County, TX Attachment 0002 -- Original Equipment Tolerance Requirements Attachment 0001 -- Foundation and Equipment Drawings Boring Mill Installation Solicitation Package -- IMPORTANT! Contains all terms and conditions and response instructions. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN), on behalf of the Red River Army Depot Directorate for Production (RRAD-DFP), requires a contractor to install an existing World Machine Works BP 150 Horizontal Boring Mill (HBM) into Building 315 at its Texarkana, TX facility. This machine has never been used, and has been stored indoors in Building 421S on-Depot, in its original packaging, since October 2013. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to move the machine components to the installation site, prepare the site, install the machine, and render the machine fully-functional for its intended purpose. Solicitation W911RQ-18-R-0295 is hereby issued on a Full-and-Open Competition basis. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Contract with one or more Time-and-Materials CLINs for repairs to or replacement of machine components. RRAD is hosting a site visit for interested offerors on Thursday, 30 August 2018, from 0900 to 1400, to allow vendors to inspect the equipment in storage and the installation site in Building 315. Pre-registration is required. Additional information regarding the site visit, as well as proposal submission instructions, are contained in Section L of the attached Solicitation Package (SF-1449). The Solicitation Attachments also contain important information regarding the work and applicable terms and conditions. All offers must be submitted via the FedBizOpps bid submission interface. Offers will not be accepted via e-mail or by any other method. No phone calls will be accepted.
