- Please see this attachment for complete details on this requirement. **This requirement is a Small Business set aside. Only Small Business quotes will be accepted and evaluated** The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) has a requirement to provide services to remove and dispose of the existing target range/carrier system at AWG's indoor range facility. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the solicitation for further specifications of this requirement. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website on a regular basis for any updates regarding this solicitation. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The contract award will be firm fixed price. A site visit is mandatory for this requirement. Please see site visit information within the PWS for details. All questions related to this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be submitted to Samantha Hannah (CTR) via email at samantha.l.hannah2.ctr@mail.mil no later than 10 September 2018, 10:00AM EST. No telephone requests will be honored.
