- RFI for FBI/CJIS - SW Solution for Applications and Records Management Solution This Request for Information (RFI) is in support of market research regarding an Applications and Records Management Solution for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). This solution should be computer based to reduce paper consumption, eliminate redundancies and human-error due by incorporating automated functions where possible. The solution should be capable of tracking the history of data, i.e. maintaining a record of the various versions created and modified by the end user.
