- In support of office of the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) located at Latham, NY 12110. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 721110 and size standard is $32,500.000. All requirements must be met in accordance with Performance Work Statement enclosed in the solicitation. Set Aside for Small Business Only. NOTE - This is an FY19 Requirement. All bids must be valid for 30 days and contract award will not be made until after 1 Oct 2018. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
