- Description
- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 20325 Main Conference Room Remodel. The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements. Construction: a.Room 104 1.Users furniture to remain, protect during construction. 2.East Wall i.Demo projector screen and projection system including all associated components. ii.Infill wall where projector screen removed. iii.Install backing in wall to support two (2) - ninety (90) inch televisions. iv.Install 4 plex electrical outlet. v.Install 2 each electrical outlets for monitors. vi.Provide A/V path from credenza to monitors. 3.Install ribbon power to table with duplex. 4.Install, terminate, test new four (4) each SIPR and NIPR lines. 5.Sound proof perimeter walls, add one (1) layer drywall or sound board, all four walls to floor to soffit. 6.Sound proof ceiling at perimeter of room with insulation. 7.Repair ceiling tiles and grid. 8.Install STC-45 double door at main entry. 9.Install STC-45 door to IT storage. 10.Install new carpet and cove base. 11.Install curtain/accordion door on east side of conference room. 12.Install chair rail, reused chair rail from similar projects. 13.Protect and touch up existing chair rail. 14.Skim Coat, texture and paint room. b.Room 129 1.Users to remove furniture. 2.Demo projector system in its entirety, salvage screens to users. 3.Demo kitchen and cabinets. 4.Demo curtain, salvage to users. 5.Install backing in wall for two (2) - eighty (8) inch televisions. 6.Install power/data connect track. 7.Skim Coat, texture and paint room. 8.Install chair rail, reuse chair rail from similar project. 9.Protect and touch up existing chair rail. 10.Repair ceiling tiles and grid. 11.Install new carpet and cove base. 12.Provide A/V path from credenza to monitors. 13.Relocate receptacles 14.Install 4 plex electrical outlet on south wall. 15.Install 2 each electrical outlets for monitors. 16.Relocate, terminate and test 4 each SIPR/NIPR lines from west wall to south wall. 17.Provide and install new STC-45 Door c.Hallways 1.Install new carpet and cove base in conference room adjacet hallways on 1st floor. 2.Reuse existing metal transition strips. 3.Provide and install new rubber transitions strips.
