- Description
- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 20325 rooms 216 and 225 office remodel. Construction: a. Rm 216 1. Remove/Demo existing IT and electrical equipment. 2. Relocate existing IT rack to room 211. 3. Remove cables in their entirety. 4. Remove exposed conduit and surface duplex. 5. Install new 4 port NIPR. 6. Repair, patch, texture and paint wall to match. 7. Install new carpet over existing flooring. 8. Protect mini split cooling, move disconnect to above ceiling tile. 9. Change egress on JA door 214. i. Install new door frame, reuse existing door add new appropriate exiting hardware/crash bar. b. Rm 225 1. Demo projection system. 2. Demo old POS and associated cables. 3. Remove chair rail, save for reuse. 4. Install new carpet and rubber cove base. 5. Install door and door stop. 6. Repair ceiling grid. 7. Repair/skim coat/texture and paint room. 8. Provide new door sign. c. Hallways - See attached diagram 1. Install new carpet and cove base. (Blue) 2. Install new ceramic tile to match existing with matching cove. 3. Touch up paint.
