Description
Statement of Work Description/Specification : FEMA Region II has a requirement for an Audio Visual (AV) Service Agreement for the equipment located on the 52nd and 53rd floors at One World Trade Center. One year service agreement for Audio Visual (AV) equipment with two preventative maintenance visit, priority status for service and support, phone and email access to Technology Specialist 24/7, Guaranteed 24 hour response times, (6) six standard service calls per year, extended coverage for video conferencing systems, and manufacturer parts and labor for repair of failed devices. Purpose : 1. Provide one (1) year of "On Call" support for all machines outline below. 2. Provide (2) twice in a year assessment of the status of the AV equipment, identify preventative measure and offer solutions to current issues. 3. Provide onsite Service Techs for issues that cannot be resolved remotely. 4. Provide emergency services for night and weekend hours. 5. Replace /Reprogram parts as required to keep all machines functioning at peak performance. 6. Provide extended coverage for FEMA's SX80's Video Conferencing Systems through the Cisco's Coded maintenance program. 7. Provide extended coverage for FEMA's MS300's Video Conferencing Systems through the Cisco's Coded maintenance program.
