- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. This a request for quote and it will be solicited on or about 08/24/2018. When issued the solicitation/request for quote can be found on the DSCC Bid website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4720014790581. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted" using FAR Part 13.5 procedures. Offers can be sent directly to the Contract Specialist Alicia Barrowman at alicia.barrowman@dla.mil/ While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This acquisiton is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Reelcraft CAGE 52173 and Pacific consolidated Industries CAGE 75906.
