- LARO004 Responses to Questions The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate full service marina, merchandise sales, and food & beverage services at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Amendment No. 1 provides responses to questions received. The Prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. If you retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website, please notify Chris Fryday, Financial Analyst, at chris_fryday@nps.gov so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. All proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on September 27, 2018.
