- NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a sole source contract to Labvantage Solutions, Inc., Somerset NJ. This Procurement is for a LabVantage Maintenance Agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 with a Size Standard of $38,500,000.00. The FSC code is J099. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
