Description

Requirements description The purpose of this announcement is to have vendors present Information Technology devices or software to provide real-time language translation (oral and written) capability to support the ICE Enforcement & Removal Operations in its operational activities. Please see the attached documentation for additional information on this requirement. Contact the POCs listed below for additional information. We are seeking one on one presentations to tentatively start the week of Sept. 10, 2018. These will be half hour presentations where all interested vendors may submit their documentation and discuss the technical merits of their product/offerings. Proposed presentation dates will be: Sept. 11, 13 and 14 Proposed presentation times will start as follows: 9am, 9:50am, 10:40am, 11:30am & 12:20pm for 30 minutes each session on the proposed dates. Interested vendors shall email the Government POCs listed above, and we will arrange the presentation times on a first come first served basis. VENDORS WILL BE ESCORTED TO ICE OFFICES AFTER FIRST CHECKING IN WITH BUILDING SECURITY AT THEIR ASSIGNED TIMES. VENDORS SHALL NOT ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR PRESENTATION TIME.
