- This Request for Quote is for a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for trained biological technicians to field offices within the BLM. BLM has the need for up to 14 technicians each performing for a 5 months duration over the life of the contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a size standard of $15,000,000.00 applies to this acquisition.
