- PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE INFORMATION Pre-Solicitation Notice and Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division Directorate of Contracting (DOC) Operations Branch, PO Box 12748, Building 22208 Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85670-2748 is issuing this pre-solicitation notice for Facilities Support Services. Facilities Operations and Maintenance for Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This action will be solicited as a total small business set aside. This acquisition falls under the Federal Supply Code (FSC) S216, Facilities Operations Support Services and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code, 561210, Facilities Support Services. It is anticipated a solicitation will be issued on or around 10 September 2018. This requirement was initially posted under W9124A-17-R-0001. The new number is W9124A-18-R-0018. Please see below and the included attachments for information regarding the pre-solicitation conference. PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE & SITE VISIT PLACE: Murr Rec Center, Building 51301, Fort Huachuca, AZ DATE: 12 September 2018 TIME: 7:30 am-4 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) (ARIZONA) NOTE: Arizona does not utilize Daylight Savings Time; times are equivalent to Pacific Daylight Time during that portion of the year. NOTE: THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT FOR THIS SOLICITATION. Prospective offerors are requested to notify the ACC-APG Huachuca Division, Contract Specialist, Cinnamon Stuckey, (520) 538-8907, via email at cinnamon.c.stuckey.civ@mail.mil if they are planning to attend the Pre-Solicitation Conference/Site Visit. Please submit your intention to attend the conference by 12:00 pm MST (ARIZONA) on Wednesday, 05 September 2018, in order to ensure that we have a large enough room. Please limit the number of representatives who will attend the pre-solicitation conference to no more than two individuals per company. • Murr Community Center, Building 51301. The meeting will take place in the Clyde's Room. The closest intersection to the Murr Community Center is Cushing St & Tindall St. • No outside food or drinks are permitted in this facility. • Everything brought into this facility needs to be removed after the meeting. • All trash is to be disposed of from room. • Military missions do have priority over this meeting, this reservation can and will be changed or cancelled to meet the military mission. • Please read the access requirements carefully and have the required documentation available when coming on to Ft Huachuca. Please do not wait till the last minute to request access, there is a possibility that numerous people will be requesting access at the same time as you. I encourage access request done earlier in the morning or the day before if possible.
