- Chem Toilet Solicitation Chem Toilet PWS This requirement is subject to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer." This solicitation is for Chemical Toilets for Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), Arizona. This is a commercial service; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. The RFP number is FA487718R0068 and shall be issed on or about 24 August 2018, posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.FBO.gov). This pre-solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 562991 with a size standard of $ $7.5 Million or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, 6 September 2018 by 2:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to SrA Amy Richardson (amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil) and MSgt Bianca Contway (bianca.contway@us.af.mil). NO questions will be considered after close of question due date. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFP. Proposals will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, Proposals shall be submitted on the SF 1449 via email by Monday, 24 September 2018 by 02:00 PM Arizona Local Time to SrA Amy Richardson (amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil) and MSgt Bianca Contway (bianca.contway@us.af.mil). It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was received by 355 CONS on time.
