- SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Albuquerque District Office, through the New Mexico State Office intends to award this procurement to an 8(a) company named Southwest General Construction, 475 Archuleta Road, Las Cruces, NM 88005. The BLM Albuquerque District Office requires a renovation project to update office space to expand room and add two (2) private offices, finish one wall and move one (1) light switch. Southwest General Construction will be required to furnish all labor, supplies and materials for initiating the renovation project to update the office space at the Albuquerque District / Rio Puerco Field Offices located at 100 Sun Avenue NE, Suite 330, Albuquerque, NM 87109. This is not a competitive procurement and shall be awarded to Southwest General Construction. The North American Industry Classification is 236220 - Commercial & Institutional Building Construction, size standard of $36.5.
