- Performance Work Statement Full RFQ Details 35th Contracting Squadron USAF Misawa Air Base, Japan FA520518QB068, Corrosion Control/Painting of NMUSAF Static Displays REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520518QB068 ; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-99, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2018-0525. This acquisition will be full and open competition. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted on 28 August 2018 at 1000 on Misawa Air Base. Any interested vendors must confirm attendance with one of the POCs listed below by 1600(JST) on 24 August 2018. To gain access to the installation each vendor and guest must possess a valid identification (if not a Japanese National must possess passport with ID) and vehicle insurance. RESPONSE TIME: Please send any response NO LATER THAN 1000 on 7 Sep 18 (JST) or 2100 on 6 Sep 18 (EST). Please see attached RFQ documents for full solicitation Terms and conditions.
