- ATTENTION: Funds are not presently available for performance under this sources sought beyond 1 Oct 18. The Government's obligation for performance of this contract beyond that date is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise for performance under this requirement beyond 1 Oct 18, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for performance and until the Contractor receives notice of availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a pre-solicitation notification. This notification is issued solely for market research purpose - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal/ Quotation or promise to issue an Request for Proposal/ Quotation in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supplies or services whatsoever. Respndees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notification: all costs associated with responding to this pre-solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this pre-solicitation will be solely at this interested party's expense. Not responding to this notification does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). It is the responsibilities of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The U.S. Government is looking for the following items ELEVEN each (11 ea.) for Mobile Guard Shack. 6' x 8' Par-Building w/6'10" Ceiling and 3" Canopy Insulated walls & roof Steel Surcharge Insulated base - 2" high NIJ 4 B.R. steel plate walls NIJ 4 tinted (GCP) glass & frames NIJ 4 hinged door, 30" x 6'8" NIJ 4 ballistic steel in roof Split pack air conditioner (18,000 BTU min) condenser on trailer 6 gun ports (uni-directional) 20' power cord w/storage cleat Sure Trac heavy duty dual axle trailer - oak deck. With basic running lights Spare tire and mount Generator; Model W6010DE or Equal Item 4 duplex floodlights 2000 watt/240v heater 4 lift rings top of booth Fold down step, pintle hitch, railings other features similar per drawing # 15-090-093 Above model is NSI-AGS-86-IV, NIJ Level IV Trailer Mounted Guard Booth.
