- W911SA-18-B-2026 Attachment 3 - Updated Wage Determination W911SA-18-B-2026 Amendment 1 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to construct a wash rack cover in Vallejo, CA. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237110 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2026 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is over $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be 90 after the notice to proceed. Amendment 1 issued.
