- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Tangible Security, Inc., 2010 Corporate Ridge, Suite 250, McLean, VA 22102 for ProVisioner (ProV) Enterprise Software License and Maintenance for Program Management Office - Enterprise Directory Services (PMO-EDS). This requirement is to procure proprietary brand-name software licenses and supporting maintenance on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for ProVisioner (ProV) enterprise software to support the Program Management Office - Enterprise Directory Services (PMO-EDS)' mission. ProV is a commercial off the shelf (COTS) enterprise software. The resultant contract will be funded with O&M Funds. The POP will be a one (1) one-year base with four (4) one-year option periods. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the limited source authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably capable due to the proprietary nature of the requested services and no other sources would be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Limited Source Justification and Approval (J&A).
