- NSN 6220-01-443-3629, LIGHT, NAVIGATIONAL, AIRCRAFT. Luminescent Systems Inc.(CAGE14550) part number 87-00241-001, Goodrich Lighting Systems, Inc. (CAGE 55438) part number 021100-2, and PHT Aerospace, LLC (CAGE) part number 487618. Item is used on the Eagle F-15 aircraft. Requested delivery is 140 days ARO or better. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 120 EA. Procurement is Unrestricted. Origin inspection required; FOB Destination. Item is firm fixed price for a one 2-year base period and one 3-year option period and is a non-commercial stock item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 31, 2018 under solicitation SPE4A6-18-R-0960. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
