- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) Accommodation Ladder Assembly; replace. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is N5005418P0108. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-99 and DFARS Publication Notice 20180629.
