- ***AMENDMENT*** Upload Specifications ***AMENDMENT*** Upload revised drawings and extend closing date to 17 August 2018 at 5:00pm CST. ***AMENDMENT*** Closing date extended to 24 August 2018. Questions and Answers will be posted prior to closing. -----Small business Set-aside---------- Proposals are due by 5:00pm CST on 8/10/18. Questions are due by 08/03/18 at 5:00 pm CST. The site visit will be held 07/27/18 (see attached SIR for details). Please send final proposals to van.ctr.nicholson@faa.gov Install the structural foundation for the shelter with the appropriate conduits. Place the shelter on the foundation and connect electrical and telephone conduits Install the structural foundation for the tower with the appropriate conduits. Install a duct bank from the tower to the new shelter. Assemble and install one 40 foot freestanding antenna tower (GFM) complete with lightning protection Install 12 each 7/8 Heliax cable runs to the tower Install a grounding counterpoise system for the shelter and tower Remove all rubbish, topsoil, and sod from the site. After the FAA has moved the equipment to the new shelter, the contractor shall return to the site and remove the old shelter.
