- W91YTZ-18-Q-0160 PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to post a solicitation and award a contract for the below "Sole Sourced" requirement. Contract award will be made around the 20th of September 2018. Name of Intended Contractor: Provation Medical, INC. Street Address: 800 Washington Avenue N City, State, Zip: Minneapolis, MN 55401 The contractor, Provation provides the Provation MD system that is currently used for these procedures at WAMC and this system is in need of upgrade to be MS Windows 10 Compliant. Provation has trained personnel to implement the upgrade and train WAMC staff on the new system changes. No additional supplies are required. Products: ProVation will deliver the Licensed Software electronically, with acceptance deemed to occur upon Licensee's receipt of the Licensed Software. Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its computer equipment meets or exceed the minimum Specifications set forth at https://www.provationmedical.com/contract-files. Documentation is available: a) via the F1 key within the Licensed Software; or b) solely with respect to MD licensed HL7 interlaces via the ProVation Licensee only website https://www.provationmedical.com/customers. Membership access to the ProVation Licensee website is granted to Licensee that are current with annual maintenance service fees. d. Up to 2 days on-site assessment and walkthrough i. technician will come on-site and go through your facility with you so we understand all of the components being changed out and equipment ProVation is connecting to. From this we will be able to work closely with you to develop a rollout plan and have you order/receive all applicable parts prior to our next event. e. Up to 4 days on-site for staging and testing i. All new hardware would be delivered at this point. Our tech will stage the new servers and pc's with the latest GA version of PVMD. As part of this we will also take a copy of production and move it to the new servers to test the update process and get accurate timings. We will also test image capture with each new computer. As part of this we will also stage and test the new travel cart. f. Up to 4 days on-site for go live (technical) i. ProVation tech will be on-site to perform the production cutover to the new servers and apply the updates. The tech will work with the Womack team to setup image capture on the new computers and be available for the remaining days to troubleshoot technical issues. g. Up to 4 days on-site go-live training services i. ProVation implementation consultant will be available to assist in training, assess workflows and make recommendations to make changes in use or try additional features. h. Up to 4 days on-site post go-live technical and training services i. Within 4 weeks post go-live a ProVation representative will be on-site to assist in any training and/or troubleshoot any technical issues that have been raised since the last visit. i. Up to 3 days remote project management (begins with project inception and ends with post go-live services) Provation has intellectual property rights for Provation MD Software. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes at this time; however, if your company has information or these products, please send your capabilities statement for review.
