- Technical Exhibit B- Drawings Technical Exhibit A- Specification Solicitation 18-Q-0223 SOLICTATION for a request for quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract to replace Grease trap and sewer line at Dining Facilities on Fort Hood Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside under NAICS Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million and PSC code of Z2FD-. Repair or alteration of dining facilities. The magnitude of this procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The purpose of this project is to replace failing grease traps at two dining facilities. Work also includes all miscellaneous site work to support the facility and meet code requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in proposed contract. All work shall comply with all State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this proposed contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood military installation at Fort Hood Texas The wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX 180279 07/06/2018 TX 279; Superseded General Decision Number: TX 20170279; State: Texas; Construction Type: Building; County: Bell County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $250,000.00. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. Organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement on 24 August 2018 at 0900 am CDT. Details of that site visit will be available in the solicitation. Quotes due by email on 18 September 2018 at 2:00 pm CDT. Contract performance 210 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The Technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOpps) at website: https://www.fbo.gov No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the Solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System of Award management (SAM) at website https://www.sam.gov to receive a Government Contract Award. Bidders shall register in SAM as well at https://www.sam.gov. Online Representations and Certification application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive a contract award.
