- J&A 16-842-03 Redacted J&A supporting TO H9240318F0053. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THIS POSTING IS FOR AMENDMENT ONLY OF J&A 16-842-03. THE J&A LANGUAGE WAS REVISED TO INCLUDE ADDITION OF A "NEW SITE" AND INCREASES THE CEILING AMOUNT AS NOTED BELOW. Insitu Inc., 118 East Columbia River Way, Bingen, WA 98605-9086 was awarded a new task order under this sole source contract on 8 August 2018. Justification and Approval 16-842-03 (Amendment 03) extended the language to include operation of a new site and increased the ceiling to a maximum not to exceed amount of $232 Million. The estimated completion date remains June 2019. The addition of this new site is required to mitigate a gap for critical services while transition continues from the current contract to the MEUAS III competitive contract(s).
