The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA2521-18-B-0002 being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes a solicitation notice being issued. This solicitation is being offered to 100% HUBZONE; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on Sealed Bid - FAR Part 14. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (FAR 9.104-1) whose bid is responsive to the terms of the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website at www.fbo.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Please reference solicitation # FA2521-18-B-0002 on all correspondence. This is a solicitation notice for a requirement to perform Refuse Collection & Disposal Services for Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), and Patrick AFB, Florida to include one container each at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA) and Malabar Transmitter Annex to include but not limited to the following: CCAFS: Provide refuse collection and disposal services to identified facilities. Provide, maintain and service refuse collection dumpsters in identified locations. Provide roll-off construction and demolition containers of suitable size as requested. Provide Regulated foreign waste collection and disposal as requested, in accordance with all local and Federal regulations. Provide refuse service for special events as requested. PAFB: Provide refuse collection and disposal services to identified facilities. Provide, maintain and service refuse collection dumpsters in identified locations. Provide roll-offs for refuse, construction and demolition of suitable size as requested. Provide Regulated foreign waste collection and disposal as requested, in accordance with all local and Federal regulations. Provide refuse service for special events as requested. The contractor must comply with all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to award a single contract with a maximum contract ceiling value of $3,800,000.00. The period of performance is proposed for five year ordering period with the option to extend services for an additional 6 months. Contract start date is 1 Oct 18. Title: Refuse Colllection and Disposal for Patrick AFB & Cape Canaveral AFS, Florida Brief description of work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Refuse Collection and at Patrick Air Force Base and at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Note: Services include one container each at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA) and Malabar Transmitter Annex are required. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 14, 100% HUBZone Set-aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. The Invitation For Bid will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.sam.gov). There will be no paper copies on this solicitation.
