- Functional Requirements Document THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection is interested in identifying vendors that can provide pre-primary POV scanners (description attached) for the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) program. CBP seeks systems that can meet or exceed the requirements in the attached RFI. Vendors must submit their responses by September 5, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. Any questions must be submitted, in writing, by August 27, 2018 at 4:00pm ET (POC details attached). Please note that this RFI involves the same requirement covered by the August 13, 2018 announcement (081318-3POVIS-IA) for an industry day/pre-solicitation conference. ***This announcement has been modified to add the functional requirements document. 8/17/2018***
