- This synopsis is required because the intention of the Government is to award a sole source award to PLEXSYS Interface Products for ImmersaView VADAAR LVC software licenses. PLEXSYS is the only authorized reseller capable of meeting the Government ™s needs. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210. Requirement: The LVC-Naval EXperimentation Testbed (NEXT) requires ImmersaView VADAAR LVC software and support that will control the video, audio, and data dissemination required to conduct LVC operations over the network. Specifically ImmersaView VADAAR LVC will enable the LVC-NEXT to display, record, playback, and assess specific events conducted by participants. The Software required is: Central Control LVC Base (1), SenderHD (Per Stream x 4), Central Control LVC Stream License (Per Stream x 4), Recorder (Per Stream x 4), Viewer (Per Stream x 4) and LVC Automatic Bookmarking (1). Delivery: Delivery within 30 days after date of award to: NAWCTSD 12211 Science Drive Orlando, FL 32826 Acceptance at destination. To be eligible for award the successful offeror must be properly registered in the Government ™s System for Awards Management (SAM). Companies may register at: http://www.sam.gov/. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA ™s System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an śActive ť status as the government cannot award to an entity without an śActive ť SAM registration.
