- PRON: AX8C0515AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm-Fixed Price, Three-Year IDIQ contract for quantity of Min 36 each to a Max 96 each of VALVE; NSN: 1650-01-115-3818; Part Number: 145HS752-1 applicable to the CHINOOK AIRFRAME. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 300 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 10707-5002. This item is limited source requirement restricted THE BOEING CO, CAGE Code 77272, TACTAIR FLUID CONTROLS., CAGE Code 70236, and STERER ENGINEERING & MFG CO., CAGE Code 99643. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. This item is restricted to THE BOEING CO, CAGE Code 77272, TACTAIR FLUID CONTROLS., CAGE Code 70236, and STERER ENGINEERING & MFG CO., CAGE Code 99643. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION.
