- The NRC intends to noncompetitively procure 12 TACLANE Encryptors, Ancillary items, 3 TACLANE-Micro/C100/FLEX Steel Rack Mount Shelf Kits and Viper maintenance and all warranties.to General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc.; 150 Rustcraft Rd, Deddham, MA 02494 The NRC has confirmed that General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. is the only authorized NSA certified manufacturer and dealer of the TACLANE Encryptors, Ancillary items, TACLANE and Viper maintenance and all warranties. This noncompetitive acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one source reasonably available.
