- The NRC intends to noncompetitively procure renewal and upgrade of GRB Assist software upgrade for the performance period of 09/19/2018 - 09/18/2019 to Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. 330 John Carlyle Street, Suite 600; Alexandria, VA 22314. GRB has been the retirement calculator used by the NRC for at least the past ten years and has the historical records for previous estimates. The continued use of GRB will allow the NRC to utilize previously developed GRB estimates by inserting new variables such as the dates of retirement and any changes in salary without having to create a new profile and enter personally identifiable information. This acquisition will also allow the NRC to maintain the current level of accurate and efficient estimates. This noncompetitive acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one source reasonably available.
