- Request for Quote The United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence Complex, intends to make a single award, of a Firm Fixed Price order for the following items: ( 125) EA, LE6921, 14.5" Barrel, 5.56x45 NATO, Semi-Auto, M4 Carbine Rifle (300) EA, Additional Magazine Assemblies, 30 Round, Aluminum construction. Please see solicitation attachment for exact specifications required. NAICS CODE 332994. This acquisition has been Set-Aside 100% for Small Business only. This acquisition will utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award methodology. All offerors shall have an "Active" registration in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov, prior to award. **All offers shall meet "EXACT MATCH SPECIFICATION ONLY"** Any offer that does not meet "EXACT MATCH SPECIFICATION ONLY" criteria will be eliminated from the competitive range. All offeror quotations will be reviewed by the Government Subject Matter Expert (SME) at FCC Florence for technical acceptability to the specification, prior to award. All quotes shall include accurate lead times for delivery. Offers shall include any applicable shipping, or freight charges into the quote. All quotes shall remain valid for 30 days after the close of this solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation, the specifications, or technical acceptance concerns shall be submitted, in writing to Patrick Romero, Contracting Officer, via email at promero@bop.gov, and must be submitted before the close of the solicitation. All offers shall be submitted via email before the close of the solicitation. Please complete the attached Request for Quote, (RFQ) SF-1449 for submission of offers. You may choose to Include a separate quotation document with the provided RFQ form.
