- Solicitation Number: W912P518T0069 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ), W912P518T0069, to furnish all equipment, labor, materials, and transportation required for the fabrication of grating panels to Barkley Lock in Grand Rivers, KY.
