- Total Evaluated Price Worksheet Engineering Data List FA853318Q0015 Packaging Requirements Item Unique Identification First Article Testing Electronic responses are authorized. 1. The successful offeror (contractor) shall provide all spare parts for the modernized AN/USM-643 Electrical Electronic Equipment Test Station (EEETS), including the BID Set package and Engineering Data List attached to this solicitation. The anticipated contract will include 10 (ten) different NSNs that support a total of 15 (fifteen) EEETS at four different locations. The resulting award is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements contract with 2 (two) Ordering Periods. Ordering Period I will be for 12 months commencing after approval of First Article and Ordering Period II will commence directly after Ordering Period I for a duration of 12 months. 2. First Article Testing, as denoted below in CLIN 0001 and subsequent subCLINs 0001AA-0001AK, will not be waived. First Article Testing is to be conducted on a fully serviceable EEETS at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia and in accordance with the attached First Article Requirements document as attached for each noted NSN. The terms "preproduction unit," "first production unit," and "first article unit" are used interchangeably as their meanings are synonymous. 3. See "Requirements" Clause (FAR 52.216-21). 4. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) in the Schedule below are not a representation to an offeror or contractor that the estimated quantity will be required or ordered, or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal. Failure of the Government to order the BEQ quantity shall not entitle the contractor to an equitable adjustment in price under the contract. 5. Offerors shall review each and every document identified herein to ensure they have an accurate understanding of it and the timeline in which each CLIN is to be delivered. The Basis For Contract Award is noted in the Evaluation Basis For Award herein.
