- This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517311. This is the only announcement that will be issued prior to award. The Government intends to award to Ponderosa Telephone Company (PTC). This is an inherent State Government function and can only be provided by PTC. The base period of performance is from September 25, 2018 through September 24, 2023. It is anticipated that four (4) one-year Option Periods will be included.
