- Wage Determination Previously submitted Questions and Answers Pricing Template FBI Addresses for service Scope of Work Request for Quotation details This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. This synopsis and solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number DJF180036SLICARTSERVICES and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. Please note that this is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This announcement is supplemented by an accompanying Scope of Work and associated documents. This notice will result in a nationwide Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Sign Language Interpreting Services to ensure that all deaf and/or hard-of-hearing individuals at the FBI are allowed to fully contribute to, and benefit from, all aspects of employment situations in a variety of settings. Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) and Communication Access Realtime Translations (CART) support services may be required to take place in any of our 56 Field Offices, Resident Agencies (RAs) and similar locations PLEASE NOTE: This requirement was originally posted as an RFQ on GSA E-Buy. Effective August 17, 2018, the E-Buy notice was officially closed. All parties on the GSA schedule are welcome to submit open market quotes under this current FedBizOpps notice. In addition, PLEASE NOTE that questions were submitted by potential offerors under the GSA RFQ and those questions and answers are attached to this notice. SEE ATTACHMENT NUMBER FOUR. Proposals shall include qualification details, certificates and hourly pricing rates for the SLI and CART services as described in the accompanying RFQ, SOW and supporting documents. All responsible and eligible Small Business sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the attached solicitation will be a best value to the Government, technical capabilities, past performance and price considered. NOTE: All contractors must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award; see web-site https://sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1 for details.
