- Amendment 0002 Amendment extending the response date from 20 August 2018 at 1:00 PM to 24 August 2018 at 1:00 PM is posted. ********************************************************************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for professional services necessary for the Regulating Works at Red Rock Landing, Phase 4, Mississippi River Miles 104 to 101. Work consists of Graded Stone A structure construction, dike degradation and recycling stone, and verification surveys in Reach MRM 104 - 101. Solicitation Number W912P918B0018 will be issued as an Unrestricted, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $36.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), and a public bid opening will be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 20 July 2018. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov./. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
