- 100 LL AVIATION FUEL at Arctic Village AK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial goods and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140F0718Q0050 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-99, effective 16 July 2018. This requirement is competed full and open. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 324110 Petroleum refineries Quotes or questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Randall Miller at randall_miller@fws.gov and shall include the solicitation number in the subject line. This solicitation closes 1700 Eastern daylight time 8/21/2018 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to have fuel delivered at the following location: USFWS Aviation Fuel - Hangar (Arctic Village Airport) 2500 Gallon Tank 100 Low Lead Total of 3000 gallons, 2000 to be delivered at time of award, 1000 at a later date to be determined Please include a description how pricing is to be determined at time of each delivery (pricing on day of delivery) and what the price per gallon would have been on 8/15/2018 for comparison purposes.; Please submit your quote on the attached SF-1449 or company letterhead with all pertinent point of contact information including DUNS No., and business size/type. In addition, your quote should provide a proposed delivery schedule, unit price and total price. No formal format is required as this is a combined synopsis/request for quote solicitation. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database https://www.sam.gov/ prior to award of a contract.
