- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations. IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 334220 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation. The Solicitation No. is 140A0318Q0128 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017. Haskell Indian Nations University, Facilities Management has a requirement for: (1) 2-way Radio. This solicitation is all or none. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals. Please complete DIAR 1452.280-4 Indian Economic Enterprise Representation (included in clauses). ATTACHMENTS: 1. Specifications/SOW Quotes must be submitted to janice.begay@bie.edu. Any other method to submission will not be considered. All quotes are due August 27, 2018, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. Quote 2. Vendor specifications for proposed items. 3. DIAR 1452.280-4, certifying that you met the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each piece of equipment to determine that they meet or exceed what is specified. Selection will be based on LPTA. All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. The Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and provisions are available on the internet at, http://www.acqusition.gov or may be requested from the Contracting Officer.
