- Clauses Performance Work Statement RFQ Form Sole-Source Requirement: This requirement has been determined to be sole-source to Government Management Corp (CAGE 6Q9U0). Quotes from any other source will not be accepted in response to this Request for Quote. This requirement is for a cost management course for the DLA J8 Organization. The customer has requested for approx 25 associates to complete a cost management program that covers both basic and intermediate concepts. The course is intended to build the skills necessary to transition the J8 culture from a budget culture to a cost culture and to certify the students' ability to apply cost management principles. The program will consist of both distance (on-line) and in-class training, and is expected to last a maximum of 6 months for students to complete. See the attached Performance Work Statement for further details. Acquisition Authority: (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" procedures and regulations will be utilized. See Attached PWS and Clauses for further information.
