- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions, and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24E18Q9524 and is issued as a Request for Quotes. The VA Technology Transfer Program (TTP) Office in Wash., DC has a requirement for the upgrade/replacement of the current TT system to provide significantly increased capabilities. The contract is to be effective on 10/01/18 and the period of performance will be a base and 4 option years- thru 9/30/23 if all options are exercised by the Government. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 541512. Small business size standard $27.5 Mil. Successful quote will be the one from an eligible, capable, and responsible Offeror that best meets or exceeds the stated requirements (see SOW) compared to the other quotes and offers the best value to the VA at a fair and reasonable price. Past performance will also be considered. All communications regarding quotes questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Jeff Greis (jeffrey.greis@va.gov). Phone calls will not be accepted.
