- SOW The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Performance Assessment Department, Code PA44 requires the acquisition of Apogee Labs, Inc. AL1025 Quad Channel TMoIP Processor. NOTE: Only Information provided in the written Capability Statement shall be considered. This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
