- Offeror Experience Form Maps and Site Images Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N18Q0066 chemical control of noxious and invasive weeds on land the Army Corps of Engineers administers in Lane County, Oregon is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code of 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Portland District Contracting Office Small Business Specialist is Ms. Carol McIntyre and can be reached at 503-808-4602. The Government requests quotes for the following services: Spot Application Treatment on 13 sites with a total of 370 acres, Broadcast Application Treatment on 4 sites with a total of 99 acres, and Cut-stump and Spot Treatment Application on 9 sites with a total of 29 acres. See the Performance Work Statement within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for details. Map and site pictures are also provided. The Period of Performance will be from contract award through 31 July 2019. Quotes are due no later than 05 September 2018 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Due to the commercial nature of this service, the publicizing and response time is set to afford potential offerors a reasonable opportunity to respond in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).
