- Draft Scope of Work This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (236220)-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.00. On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) the United States Army Contracting Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this Source Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for a requirement to install new gate and IP Based intercom security system at the Morgantown USARC located at 228 Comfort Inn. Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). All tasks outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. Attached is a DRAFT Scope of Work for planning purposes. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.). 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the DRAFT Scope of Work. 3) Confirms full capabilities of completing the required work specified in the DRAFT Scope of Work. Provide no more than 3 Relevant/ Similar past/current performance references to this effort by identifying References Contract No, Project Description, Dollar Value of the Contract, requiring activities, and the location of the performance. 4) Responses shall be limited to 3 pages and emailed to nancy.m.zeng@civ.mail.mil.
