- Amendment 0001 A22 Boulder Stp Exhibit A - Revised Sheet C Amendment 0001 is posted. ************************************************************ The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, professional services, supplies, materials, supervision, and performing all operations required for removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing wastewater treatment plant facility; Design, Fabrication, and Delivery of a new wastewater treatment plant and incidental items; and Installation of a new wastewater treatment plant and associated appurtenances as specified in the specifications. Solicitation Number: W912P918B0039 is a Small Business Set-Aside, competitive procurement. NAICS code for the work is 221320. The SBA size standard is $20.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and a public bid opening will be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 27 July 2018. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov./.
